Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are still going strong – after getting together during/after the filming of the ‘Amazing Spider-man’, the duo have been seen loved up all over Los Angeles and New York the past couple of months. Now, it is being reported [by Socialite Life] that both Garfield and Stone have finally bought a house together. It’s about time!

The house is reportedly 3,862 square foot property worth $2.5 million, and the duo plans to use it as their west coast base [they already have an apartment in New York City where they are rumored to live together].
The house used to belong to comedian Dudley Moore and is said to boast four bedrooms, a raised decking, and a swimming pool. The house is in a private gated community, and the house is considered to be one of the most ‘private and exclusive’ in that neighborhood.

Although Stone and Garfield certainly seem like they’re in love, it seems a bit presumptuous to buy two properties together when you’ve only been dating two years, give or take a few months. Both of them have been in long-term relationships that have ended before, so it’s not like this is either of their first serious relationship. If they were to break up, it would be more than their real estate that would be affected – it would also be the sequel to the Amazing Spider-man, which is set to go into production next year.
