Many people were under the assumption that Emma Watson and Harry Styles became friends after their brief Twitter interaction, and some even thought they would start dating. However, Emma [while promoting the Bling Ring with MTV] spoke about her rumored friendship with Harry Styles and denied the claims.

The interviewer asks whether Harry is a friend, and Emma replies, "Harry....how did this [start]? Ok, so this is what I remember. When I was doing the Perks of Being a Wallflower, Nick Grimshaw interviewed me for Radio 1, and he was like, 'Oh, I went to see the movie last night with Harry Styles, but we had to leave halfway through the movie. So you have to make sure that he sees the second half.' So I ended up [tweeting him], but no, he's not a personal friend of mine. I don't have him in my phonebook."
Emma also speaks about her famous dance moves in the Bling Ring trailer, and when asked how she came up with the moves, she says, "Come on, it's obvious. It's like the Beyonce [dance move]. I feel like that's a famous thing, no?"
