There has been a lot of talk about the Wonder Woman movie, with a number of stars being rumoured to have roles in the film, some of which have proven to be true, whereas others have been completely false. However, it now looks like we know a majority of the cast for the Wonder Woman movie, with a lot of the cast members names being revealed.
We obviously already knew that Gal Gadot will star in the film as Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman, while we also know that Chris Pine is playing the character Steve Trevor in the movie. Now, thanks to a new press release from the studio, we have been given a whole host of new names that will be starring in the project, including the beautiful and talented actress Elena Anaya.
For those of you not too familiar with the work of Elena Anaya, she has appeared in a whole host of television shows and movies over her long and successful career. While Elena is probably best known for her work in Spanish cinema, she has appeared in plenty of Hollywood movies and she will certainly be a great addition to the cast of Wonder Woman.
Meanwhile, other names that have joined the cast include the likes of Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, and Lucy Davis. The Wonder Woman movie recently went into production, with Patty Jenkins directing the project, from a Jason Fuchs screenplay, with the film set to hit the big screen on June 23, 2017 in the US, with the UK awaiting an official release date.
