The hit HBO fantasy drama series Game of Thrones has become one of the biggest and best shows on TV today and, while it has taken plenty of unknown stars and made them household names around the world, the series has also brought together some of the best and most talented stars in Hollywood, giving us a great mixture on screen.
British stars Lena Headey and Iain Glen have both played very important roles in Game of Thrones and the two stars have teamed up to work together again on the upcoming new movie The Flood. We cannot wait to see two of our favourite Game of Thrones stars back together on the big screen and we are also looking forward to seeing what the film has to offer.
While we do not know a huge amount about what we can expect to see from The Flood, we do know that the film is going to centre on an immigration officer who runs a strict rule and becomes the person to make the final decision about the future of an asylum seeker with a dangerous past. Sounds like it could make for some good viewing.
As for the rest of the cast of the movie, The Flood will see Iain Glen and Lena Headey starring alongside the likes of Ivanno Jeremiah, Arsher Ali, Mandip Gill, and Sam Otto, among others. The Flood has been directed by Anthony Woodley, based on the screenplay written by Helen Kingston, with the new movie looking to hit the big screen some time later in the year.
