It has been reported that former England manager Glenn Hoddle has been given the opportunity to put his international demons to rest, as he has received the news that he has been longing for and has been appointed the new head coach of the England football team.

Glenn has been going on for the past few weeks about how he feels that he has unfinished business with England, after having to leave the job following unacceptable remarks about disabled people. However, it seems that all has been forgiven by the FA and Hoddle is set for another crack at the biggest job in the country.
The appointment of Glenn Hoddle as England manager brings an end to the ongoing Harry Redknapp saga. Harry was the firm favourite, among players and fans alike, to get the job but he can now focus fully on his job at Tottenham Hotspur.

The decision by the FA to appoint Glenn Hoddle as the new England manager is likely to be met by much disappointment and also some anger. Glenn’s comments offended a number of people and it is believed that many will now boycott the European Championships this summer.
