The 2011 big screen movie adaptation of the classic nursery rhyme, Jack and Jill has finally revealed its release date. The Dennis Dugan directed comedy is set to star Adam Sandler, Al Pacino, Katie Holmes and Waynes World star, Dana Carvey and will be released on November 11, 2011.


Jack and Jill centres around a family man, whose twin sister comes to visit him in Los Angeles, from the Bronx but decides that she doesn’t want to leave. Adam Sandler is set to play the twins Jack and Jill, while Katie Holmes is believed to play his wife.
Jack and Jill will be Dana Carvey’s first theatrical movie appearance in over 9 years, after last appearing in the 2002 movie The Master of Disguise. With Jack and Jill in post production, Adam Sandler is already filming his next project I Hate You, Dad, which is due for release on June 15, 2012.
