While many moviemakers are spending their time adapting hit novels into big screen blockbusters, it seems that there are some people doing the opposite. The movie Visible Scars is preparing for its Blu-ray and DVD release next month and the film will then be adapted into book form.
Jillian Murray stars in Visible Scars
Richard Turke, who penned the screenplay for Visible Scars, as well as directing the movie, will take on the task of adapting the hit film into book form, along with the help of Stephanie Campbell. Meanwhile, the Visible Scars movie will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on July 9.
Visible Scars centres around a girl name Stacy, who flees to a cabin the woods where, 17 years earlier, a man had killed a mother of twins and taken them as his own, killing more people to protect his secret. The cabin collapse killing the man and twins and, 17 years later, Stacy begins to see visions of the children, pushing her to the brink of insanity.
Tom Sizemore is also in the film
Visible Scars boasts a fairly impressive cast, which includes Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down), Jillian Murray (Never Back Down 2, Wild Things: Foursome) and Hannah Hall (Forest Gump, Halloween). Visible Scars is out on Blu-ray and DVD on July 9.
