The solo singer who first rose to fame as a member of the music group "Destiny's Child" recently uploaded a picture of herself to Instagram wearing a long black wig which combined with her attractive face resulted in her looking identical to disco queen Donna Summer.

Some entertainers might have stopped with just the posting of the photo of herself to her Instagram account but she took it a step further when she added the caption "#tbt#DonnaSummer-ish #LovetoLoveYa".
The rumour mill in Hollywood is abuzz with the news that director Spike Lee is in talks to direct the movie 'Spinning Gold' a biopic of Neil Bogart who created Casablanca Records and helped launch the careers of artists such as Donna Summer, KISS, Joan Jett, and the Village People.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame honouree is currently pregnant with her first child, a baby boy with husband/manager Tim Witherspoon but as the picture and caption she uploaded to her social media Instagram page and that has been 'discovered' by the media indicates she is still very focused on her career and potential roles.
If she 'wins' the role she will likely be starring opposite Justin Timberlake who will play the role of Neil Bogart.
The fashion lover is also branching out into the watch industry as she recently launched her new designer watch line called "The Kelly Rowland Canteen Bracelet Special Edition".
Will Kelly Rowland will be wearing one of her watches to the premiere of "Spinning Gold" to see herself on screen as 'Donna Summer' in the future is something no one knows but if she is not it won't be because she did not try to win the role.
