Former Playboy model and reality television star Kendra Wilkinson was rushed to hospital on Sunday (April 21) following a car crash. Fortunately Kendra was not too badly injured and she is now recovering, although she has admitted that the incident has made her realise just how fragile life really is.

Wilkinson took to her official Twitter account, following the accident, to let her fans know just how she was feeling after the incident. She wrote, "Thank you for all well wishes. Just really reminded me how fragile life really is and how important love really is."
Kendra Wilkinson has had a bit of a stressful few months, as before her car crash, she pulled out of the show Splash! due to the intensity of her fear of heights. Since quitting the series, Kendra says that she has felt a lot more relaxed, that was until she was involved in her accident.

She said at the time, "I feel like the world is off my shoulders now. Every morning I would wake up and be shaking. It's a really risky show. I related jumping off the high board into the water to jumping to my death. That's how big of a deal it was. To me, it really meant risking my life."
