There have been so many times over the years, that we have heard of a celebrity suing a company for using their image without their permission, so are we going to see Kris Jenner deciding to sue her 19-year-old daughter Kylie Jenner, after her daughter decided to use her mothers image on her new The Kylie Shop product? Well the simple answer is no, we are not. Kris has been talking about getting the surprise, revealing that Kylie did not even ask her about it, before then joking that she could sue her daughter.
Kris was a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres show, when she told the host, "I did not know she was doing any merch with my face on it until it came out. And she kind of did it and surprised me and I was like 'Oh boy...' I could sue her! This could be a major lawsuit! You gotta laugh at yourself."
She added, "When I saw this I thought it was so funny. Her and I have a really good relationship and all my kids have such great senses of humour and we're so silly all the time. You have to have a good sense of humour and not take yourself so seriously."
When it comes to the Kardashian and Jenner family, we would never rule anything out, so we are glad to see that Kris Jenner was only joking and that she has no intention of actually suing Kylie Jenner. It is also nice to see that Kris and her daughters can all have a laugh and a joke with one another and do not take themselves or life too seriously.
