While there are plenty of very talented and successful stars in Hollywood these days, it really is rare for their to be an acting talent who manages to give us an Oscar worthy performance in pretty much every project they work on. The term legend does get thrown around rather lightly these days but, when it comes to a handful of the stars in Hollywood today, that term is actually very fitting.
Which brings us to the absolutely incredible acting talent that is, Leonardo DiCaprio. During the course of his acting career to date, starting from a very young age, Leo has been giving us some sensational performances on the big screen, and we pretty much always expect that he will deliver an Oscar worthy acting masterclass whenever he takes on a new acting project. It is no surprise then that we are hoping for just that with his new movie The Black Hand.
It was revealed earlier this year that Leonardo DiCaprio had been cast to star in the big screen adaptation of The Black Hand, as well as the movie being produced by his production company Appian Way. With Leo being so popular, so in demand, and having so many projects linked to his name these days, it is hard to know just when he is going to begin working on any of them, but we hope the wait is not to long for The Black Hand, as we are big fans of the book.
Which brings us to the rest of the project. As we mentioned, The Black Hand is a book, which was written by Stephan Talty, and we have no doubt that Leonardo DiCaprio will absolutely smash it in the lead role for the movie. There are no other stars currently linked with the project yet, while there is no director on board, as well as no word of who is penning the script. With that in mind, it could be quite some time before we see Leonardo DiCaprio starring in The Black Hand. Bad times!
