Actress Lindsay Lohan has been in the entertainment industry for many years now and we have watched her grow into a very attractive woman. Lindsay is currently in fantastic shape and she has opened up about how she keeps herself in such great shape. Lindsay has taken to doing the S Factor, which combines pole dancing with yoga and pilates and she has insisted that everyone should give it a go.

Lindsay Lohan is in great shape
Lohan told Into the Gloss, "Everyone should try S Factor. It's almost like erotic yoga - all these women in a dark room doing really sexy movements. It's very sexual, and there are poles involved, but it's good for you and it builds confidence and makes you think differently about how you treat your body. And you sweat so much, it's so good. The class starts with yoga, and then some stretching that feels like pilates. Then everyone starts to move around the room really slow and really sensual. It's beautiful to watch."
As well as promoting the exercise routine and revealing some of the ins and outs of how it works, Lindsay Lohan did also admit that it can be very difficult to do. However, while it can be hard a lot of the time, Lindsay does also state that the results are definitely worth the hard work and pain.

Lindsay Lohan likes to do "erotic yoga"
Lohan added, "In the second hour you'll do a routine at the pole. But I'm always scared to do that! I did it when I was first taking the class but now I'm like, 'OK, I'll leave now.' It's fun. And you wear layers of sweats that you strip off. I'll be honest - it's really hard, but you feel so good after. My body was the best it's ever been."
As far as her acting career is concerned, Lindsay Lohan currently has four movies in development and we look forward to seeing her back on the big screen.
