Hollywood beauty Lucy Liu has been working very hard in the acting industry for many years now and has worked on a whole host of interesting and exciting projects along the way, on both the big screen and the small screen. Lucy has become best known in recent years for playing the role of Dr Watson in the hit US television series Elementary, where she has also directed some episodes.
One of the good things about working on a TV series, is the fact that you get to have a break between seasons, giving you the opportunity to head off and work on some new projects, which is exactly what Lucy Liu has been doing. Lucy has a role in the new movie Future World, which boasts an all-star cast and has a rather promising plot.
We are sure that some of you will already know what to expect from this new project but, for those of you wanting to know more, Future World has been officially described as "A young boy searches a future world wasteland for a rumored cure for his dying mother." It will be interesting to see what this future world wasteland looks like on the big screen.
As well as starring Lucy Liu, Future World also features plenty of other top names in Hollywood, including the likes of James Franco, Method Man, Milla Jovovich, Snoop Dogg, and Suki Waterhouse, among others. Future World has been directed by both James Franco and Bruce Thierry Cheung, with the movie awaiting an official release date.
