There has been a lot of talk about the personal life of Brad Pitt in recent weeks and months, following the news that he and his wife Angelina Jolie had split up and were getting a divorce. There were a lot of rumours claiming that Brad had been having an afair with his Allied co-star Marion Cotillard, something which she was quick to deny.

Well, while Marion Cotillard wanted to make it perfectly clear that there was nothing romantic going on between herself and Brad Pitt, she has also made sure to take the time to praise her Allied co-star. Marion said that it was a pleasure to work with such a talented actor, claiming that they had the time to get to know each other, which made things easier.
Cotillard explained, "(Brad is) such a good man. Of course he's an amazing actor. He's such a good person that it's really not difficult to get along with him. Sometimes, you never know. Sometimes, you have nothing in common, no chemistry, and it still works on screen. You have many different situations, but we had this chance to have this period of time to get along together, so it helps."

She added, "It's a new beginning each time, like a love story. You're in love with someone, and you spend 10 years together, and the relationship ends. The next relationship, (in) the beginning, you will be like a newcomer in the love story world. So with the character, it's exactly the same."
Allied opens on November 23 in the US and on November 25 in the UK.
