Marion Cotillard's film "Two Days, One Night" was overlooked by Academy Award selectors of the foreign language shortlist films but her incredible acting performance and stunning natural beauty shown in the film are receiving much critical acclaim.

The exceptional acting range of the 2007 Academy Award winner for Best Actress is on full display in the movie and viewers are the beneficiaries. The actress sat down with The Wall Street Journal and in the interview discussed her character, a young mother who is forced to fight for her job at the town's solar-panel company after being on medical leave to treat depression.

During the interview she revealed that as a teenager she came close to a state of depression but it did not last. What has endured throughout the career of this French actress is her chameleon-like ability to become a character to such an extent that viewers become mesmerized and captivated by her performance.

The actress revealed that part of the reason she was so comfortable playing the lead role in "Two Days, One Night" was because she has 'ample' time to research and write about the character and it enabled her to create an 'amazing playground' for herself.

In addition to her preparation and sensational portrayal of a depressed, scared woman fight for her job the gorgeous 'natural' beauty of the actress was revealed. In the movie she wears 'no' makeup, a pink tank top and blue jeans and she still looks sexy, no small feat as many women would attest.

Marion Cotillard is an actress whose work in "Two Days, One Night" shows why she is one of the most in-demand and critically acclaimed actresses in the entertainment industry.
