When you are one of the biggest stars in the world, it is always going to be the case that your personal life gets almost as much attention as your career and the projects you have coming out. That has certainly been the case for Hollywood veteran Ben Affleck, who is preparing for arguably his biggest acting role ever, while his personal life has also been very eventful of late.

Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are good friends
Ben Affleck plays the role of Bruce Wayne aka Batman in the new Warner Bros. and DC movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which hits the big screen in 2016, while he is also having to cope with his divorce from Jennifer Garner after 10 years of marriage. Earlier this week, Ben hit the red carpet with his good friend Matt Damon, and Affleck left most of the talking to Matt, who insists that his buddy is doing just fine.
Damon explained, "He's great, he's great. He's got a big smile on his face." Meanwhile, the actor then went on to talk about the upcoming birthday of Ben Affleck, who is set to turn 43 this Saturday, "I wish him well, but he's 43, it's kind of like, meh. What is 43? It's not 40, it's not 45, it's 43. It's a forgettable birthday," Matt added.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have split
While Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have officially divorced, the actor did still have his wedding ring on and the two are still very good friends, with some even suggesting that we will see them get back together in the future. Ben has three children with Jennifer, daughter Violet, aged nine, daughter Seraphina, six, and son Sam, aged 4.
