Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown, aka Mel B, aka Scary Spice, has joined the judging panel for the latest season of the hit talent search television series America's Got Talent. The chemistry on-screen always looks so convincing and Mel has spoken about how genuine the on-screen chemistry is.

RealityTVWorld qoute the star as saying, "I think what you see is what you get with us on-camera, and then off-camera we have even more fun sometimes because we can say totally inappropriate things to each other that wouldn't be that appropriate for the family show of AGT."
She added, "But I mean, I think all of us as judges are very, very honest, and I sit next to Howie and he has me cracking up every five seconds, and that's what I really respect about all four of us. We all hold our own and we're just all very honest. And, we all think differently sometimes."
America's Got Talent 2013 judges
Mel B is not the only new judge on the new season of America's Got Talent, as Heidi Klum has also joined the show. With only Sharon Osbourne leaving and Howard Stern and Howie Mandle returning, it is the first time that America's Got Talent has four judges.
America's Got Talent premiered on NBC last Tuesday (June 4) and continues every Tuesday at 8/7c.
