This year, high-end fashion houses such as Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton and Versace presented the 2014 tendencies for menswear in their respective fashion shows.

Menswear winter collections
For the spring and summer of 2014, Versace showcased a very artistic collection in Milan, Italy. This fashion show was nothing like Versace's anterior ones. A lot of the garments were of bright colors, such as green, orange and lime, which gave each piece of clothing a 1980s feel. Each material appeared as if it had been spray painted. Without a doubt, this collection contained many innovative designs for males. On the other hand, Fendi presented a brilliant collection as well, but unlike Versace, the fabrics this fashion house used were of bold colors, such as blue, red and khaki. Fendi's collection had somewhat a safari and postman inspired look.
For fall and winter, Giorgio Armani showcased a very classy show that consisted of vertical striped suits, red suede pants, big-buttoned jackets, striped shirts, sweaters with triangular prints and grand leather male handbags. Louis Vuitton presented very sophisticated fall and winter clothing as well. Almost the entire collection had hues of gray and black, but there were a few eye popping items, such as leopard print coats, sweaters with animal prints, flower print blazers and even a train-case backpack.
