Being a talented and successful star in Hollywood means that you will have to make a number of red carpet appearances on a yearly basis, be it premieres, awards nights or some other event. That has certainly been the case for Alice in Wonderland actress Mia Wasikowska, who has seen more than her fair share of red carpets over the years.

While Mia Wasikowska always manages to look beautiful on the red carpet, she has opened up about her style and what she looks for when choosing what to wear. Mia says that, other than the rare special occasion, she will always make sure that what she is wearing is comfortable when it comes to her style.
Wasikowska told the Daily Telegraph, I like fairly classical cuts and styles...I really like Miu Miu, Rodarte and Roland Mouret. I probably dress completely differently in my everyday life but I have fun dressing up for a couple of days a year. [I'm a] comfort freak. I really like things that are comfortable. You see so many people getting off planes in fancy clothing and I don't know how they have the discipline to do that."

As for her acting career, Mia Wasikowska can next be seen starring on the big screen in the movie Maps to the Stars, which co-stars Robert Pattinson, Julianne Moore, John Cusack, Carrie Fishier and Olivia Williams, to name just a few. Maps to the Stars is directed by David Cronenberg, based on the Bruce Wagner screenplay, and the movie is expected to open sometime later in the year.
