There has been a lot of talk about the James Bond franchise of late, with a lot of people giving their opinions on whether or not we should see a black actor being cast as the next James Bond. However, while most of the talk surrounding the movies does tend to focus on the lead character, there are a lot of different elements that come together to make a Bond movie what it is, including the infamous Bond Girls.
Monica Bellucci will appear in Spectre
With the latest James Bond movie Spectre scheduled to hit the big screen later in the year, we are preparing to get a look at, not one, but two new Bond Girls who will appear in the movie. When the cast of Spectre was announced last year, it was revealed that we would see both Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux appearing in the film, which means we will most certainly have a battle of the Bond Girls among fans.
Actress Monica Bellucci has been in the acting industry for over 20 years now and has appeared in some very big Hollywood projects along the way. At the age of 50, Monica is still as beautiful as she ever has been and we have no doubt that she still has the sex appeal to make a fantastic Bond Girl in Spectre.
Lea Seydoux is also in the film
As for Lea Seydoux, she has not been in the acting game anywhere near as long as Monica Bellucci but Lea has still appeared in plenty of impressive movies in her career and is really beginning to get the recognition that her talent deserves. Lea has the potential to mix it with any actress in the industry and playing a Bond Girl could be the platform to making her a global superstar.
We cannot wait to see what both Monica Bellucci and Lea Seydoux have to offer as Bond Girls and we do not have too much longer to wait, as Spectre is scheduled to hit the big screen on October 23 in the UK and on November 6 in the US.
