It was a very sad time last year, when it was announced that director Tony Scott had sadly passed away. Tony Scott was undoubtedly a very talented man and, while he will be remembered for many things, one of the biggest of them all would have to be the 1986 movie Top Gun.

Before Tony Scott passed away, there was a lot of talk about the possibility of there being a Top Gun 2 movie being made. However, Tony was busy over looking the conversion of Top Gun into 3D and the movie is set to be released to IMAX theatres next month.
Top Gun 3D will give us all that nostalgic tingle and, while it is a way of remembering Tom Cruise at his best, it is also a way of remembering the great work of Tony Scott. Top Gun is arguably the best movie that Tom Cruise has ever been involved in and it also has a fantastic sound track.

We cannot wait to experience the greatness of Top Gun in 3D and, while Top Gun 3D is not released until February 8, we can have a little taster of what is to come with the Top Gun 3D trailer and watch in awe at Tom Cruise at his best. Talk to me Goose!
