Occasionally in Hollywood, there are movies that get made which seem to take an eternity to finally make it to the big screen. One such film is the upcoming Knights of Badassdom, which has waited for its big release for over three years now but finally seems to have found its luck.
Margarita Levieva stars in the film
Knights of Badassdom went into production way back in 2010, with Peter Dinklage signed on to star in the movie, along with the likes of Ryan Kwanten and Margarita Levieva. From there, it was expected that the film would get its release in 2011 but that was not to be.
The 2011 San Diego Comic-Con saw the Knights of Badassdom cast and crew bring a panel and it was claimed that the movie would definitely be released in 2012. Unfortunately, another year went by without Knights of Badassdom hitting the big screen.
Ryan Kwanten is in the movie
In January 2013, the trailer from the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con resurfaced and IndieVest were closing in on a distributor for the film. Now, it has been confirmed that Entertainment One has picked up Knights of Badassdom and we will hopefully get to see it on the big screen this year.
