There have been many people in Hollywood over the years who have fallen victim to the temptations that come along with fame and fortune, and we have lost many a big star due to the huge drink and drugs problem that the entertainment industry has faced. One person who has been able to avoid these temptations though, is actress Rachel Bilson, who has spoken about drink and drugs.

While a lot of stars in Hollywood get their first taste of drink and drugs once they become famous, Rachel Bilson has revealed how she got her drink and drugs experimentation phase out of the way before she became famous. Rachel says that she believes that this is why she has not fallen into the trap of the temptations.
Bilson was in the June edition of Health magazine when she explained, "I grew up in Los Angeles and did all that when I was younger. I went to the clubs and did all the drugs and alcohol. I got it out of my system, so by the time I was on 'The O.C', I was like, 'Wow, I can just enjoy this'."

Rachel Bilson met Adam Brody on the set of The O.C. and the couple dated for a while, before splitting up in 2006, although Rachel feels that the relationship also stopped her from partying, "Then I started dating a co-star, so it was more of a domesticated thing; you're just home or with friends--and not out to party," added Bilson.
As for her acting career, Rachel Bilson continues in the lead role of the hit The CW television series Hart of Dixie, which is now in its third season and continues to air on Friday evenings at 9/8c.
