Rachel is set to play the lead role in the planned movie Collateral Beauty, which is currently in pre-production and is expected to begin shooting later in the year.
Rachel McAdams certainly likes to mix her movie projects up a bit, with the actress being involved in a number of different genres, from comedy to thriller to action and everything else you can think of. Collateral Beauty is a drama, which has been officially described as "A tragic event sends a New York ad man on a downward spiral."
The cast for Collateral Damage is very impressive, as we will see Rachel McAdams sharing the big screen with Will Smith, Edward Norton, Helen Mirren, Naomie Harris, and Michael Pena. Collateral Damage will be directed by David Frankel, based on the screenplay developed by Allan Loeb, with the movie awaiting an official release date. We will keep you posted.
