Hollywood actress Salma Hayek has revealed how she is very impressed with how clever her five-year old daughter Valentina Paloma is. Salma, who has her daughter with her husband, French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, admitted that she is often outsmarted by Valentina.

Hayek told OK! Magazine, “Well when you have children, they are so smart and you want to look good to them. I had a friend who, every time her daughter would ask her something she didn’t know, like, ‘Mom, why does it rain?’ She would say, ‘Because God wants it to.’”
She added, “I used to think to myself, ‘I’m not going to be like that. I’m going to tell her about the cycle of water and how it condenses.’ My daughter is really smart. They really keep you wanting to be smart and be good. I’m already struggling!”

Salma Hayek can currently be seen, starring alongside the likes of Kevin James, Henry Winkler,and Joe Rogan, in the movie Here Comes the Boom. Salma recently opened up about having to kiss her co-star Kevin James, claiming that it felt weird because they were such good friends.
