Sameera Reddy has not signed on to any new movie projects since her marriage in early 2014 to businessman/entrepreneur Akshai Varde but that does not mean she has been keeping herself busy. The attractive actress who was last seen in the Kannada film "Varadhanayaka" recently revealed that she is pregnant, approximately four months and the news has created a mini media firestorm.

Anyone who might have doubted how popular this actress is or her potential as an actress who can bring viewers to the movie theatres only has to take a look at how much attention the news of her pregnancy is drawing on the Internet from media sources and fans to see that she is someone with serious 'appeal'.
In an interview posted by Hindustan Times (Saturday November 22, 2014) she confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child which is expected in May 2015 and also revealed how she and her husband "fell for one another."

Sameera Reddy is a little bit of a 'biker chic', a very attractive biker but a biker nonetheless and this is what she believes attracted her husband to her. She is a lover of motorbikes and is passionate about riding them. She raced by her husband on what she describes as a "really mean macho machine" and Akshai, who has his own range of motorbikes saw her and was impressed by her love of motorbikes.
Her romantic story is definitely not the traditional "We spotted each other across a crowded room and locked eyes" type of story but it seems like an ideal match. Gorgeous actress who loves riding motorbikes meets successful entrepreneur who is a bike lover and also is not someone in the film industry, one of the criteria that she had made for a potential partner.

No more motorbike racing for this Bollywood beauty for the next several months and one now has to wonder if Sameera Reddy and her husband will let their child have a bike when he/she grows up? That discussion could be a movie topic all on its own.
