Hollywood actress Sarah Hyland has become a household name around the world, thanks to playing the role of Haley Dunphy in the hit ABC comedy series Modern Family. We have watched Sarah grow into a beautiful young woman and the actress has now revealed how she enjoys working out at the gym, as she wants to add a bit more muscle to her body.
Hyland explained, "I don’t want to have a skinny look, I want to have muscle. I started back working out ‘cause I was, like, 'the holiday’s have been rough on me'. I do a lot of weight lifting. Not big weights or anything like that, but I like to do some strength training so I can be strong."
While Sarah Hyland has clearly been working hard in the gym, in order to make herself look better than ever before, it seems that her diet has taken a little break, but only for New Year's Eve. Sarah has revealed how she celebrated the turn of the year with her good friend Vanessa Hudgens, where they enjoyed a few drinks and scoffed some pizza.
Hyland added, "What did I get up to on New Year’s Eve? Well I went to my friend Vanessa’s house and we had a lot of pizza and stomped on the pizza box because it was so big. So we did the whole countdown, we all had fun and we danced. Then I went to an after party."
As far as her acting career is concerned, Sarah Hyland has a couple of new movies lined up for the future, along with a new television series, as well as continuing in her role as Haley Dunphy in Modern Family. Where does she find the time for the gym?
