When it comes to being an actor or an actress who is one of the top stars in a hit television series, you can often find that, when the show comes for its break in between seasons, they can either do one of two things. They will either take the hiatus to give themselves a little break from acting and just relax until filming starts again, or they will take on some new movie projects and keep themselves busy.
When it comes to the beautiful and talented Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara, the latter is what she likes to do, with the stunning star making sure that she continues to mix her Modern Family role with a huge amount of new movie projects. Over the course of the coming year or so, we will see Sofia appearing in three new films, while she will also voice a character in an animated movie too.
Sofia Vergara will appear in the new movie The Female Brain, which is currently in post-production and is awaiting an official release date. As well as that we will also see the actress appearing in the new film The Brits Are Coming, which has been in post-production for a very long time now but is still without a release date. Meanwhile, Sofia also has a role in the new project Bent, which started filming last month and is still in the filming process. Finally, Vergara lends her voice to the character Flamenco Dancer in the animated movie The Emoji Movie, which is set to hit the big screen on July 28 in the US, before then opening on August 4 in the UK.
With all that said though, we have to admit that, when it comes to Sofia Vergara, we love nothing more than seeing her in that familiar role of Gloria Delgado-Pritchett in Modern Family.
