It sometimes feels like comic book characters are actually taking over the world, with so many different comic book movies hitting the big screen, along with a number of comic book shows on the small screen. One of the biggest and best comic book television shows would have to be Arrow, which continues to go from strength to strength with every season.

Stephen Amell stars in Arrow
Arrow is currently still in its third season on The CW and actor Stephen Amell, who plays the lead role of Oliver Queen aka the Arrow in the show, has been talking about what fans can expect in the future. Stephen spoke about Oliver making his return to Starling City, while also teasing some possible changes for Arrow season four.
Amell told The Hollywood Reporter, "[Oliver] comes back [to Starling City] having been humbled, which is an important lesson for anybody. [The fight] was not even that close. This will make perfect sense when you see season four, but the Arrow persona, the vigilante, the hood — that's a flawed persona. We saw it be flawed. We saw him lose. There has to be something more. We'll see that eventually."

Arrow is in its third season
While Arrow has become quite a hit on The CW, there have still been some fans who have voiced their concerns at the fact that the Oliver Queen in the show is not the same Oliver Queen that we know and love from the comments. It is no surprise then, that many fans have suggested that what Stephen Amell is saying, is that we are going to see his character getting closer to the comic book version of Green Arrow.
Arrow airs on The CW on Wednesday evenings at 8/7c.
