Taylor Swift is on the cover of the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine, and has an interview to go along with her cover. In the interview she talks about the pitfalls of being in love and in the public eye at the same time, and how she feels about casual sex or doing ‘hookups’.

She says, "The way I look at love is you have to follow it, and fall hard, if you fall hard. You have to forget about what everyone else thinks," she says. "It has to be an us-against-the-world mentality. You have to make it work by prioritizing it, and by falling in love really fast, without thinking too hard. If I think too hard about a relationship I'll talk myself out of it. ...I have rules for a lot of areas of my life. Love is not going to be one of them."
She also reveals her romantic side (if you couldn’t tell from her songs and other interviews) by explaining what she loves about rom-coms, saying, "I love the ending of a movie where two people end up together. Preferably if there's rain and an airport or running or a confession of love.”
She also admits that despite the short-lived romances with John Mayer or Jake Gyllenhaal, she doesn’t just do casual dating, hook-ups, or sex. She says that her relationships are always fully formed, saying, "No [I don’t do hook ups]. Where's the romance? Where's the magic in that? I'm just not that girl."
Taylor Swift also recently talked about what her views are on falling in love, and what she feels when she's in love (she also mentions her current beau Conor Kennedy).
