Apparently the $32,000 a month apartment was trashed beyond recognition. The couple allegedly obtained from paying rent for several amounts and then trashed the place, causing their landlord to contact a lawyer and present them with a court case for the damages and unpaid rent.
Ordon has starred in Playboy and Sports Illustrated, and her husband David Mimran is a wealthy businessman. The papers were filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court and it is unclear what has happened with the case to this date. The information was leaked online a few months ago and court cases usually progress very slowly, so it could be awhile until there is more information available on what will happen to the couple.

The model, despite her current legal issues, is thriving in the modeling world and is expected to appear in another Sports Illustrated magazine within the next few months. Clearly her modeling career is not taking a hit from the alleged apartment trashing, but her reputation among her fans most likely will, whether the allegations are true or not.
