Sana Khan's Bollywood career seems to be in jeopardy of sinking down to the bottom of the sea as a result of some of the information that has been released to the media about her. The Bollywood beauty who achieved notoriety with her finishing third in the Bigg Boss 6 reality show despite being the youngest contestant on the show seems to have gotten herself into some serious 'hot' legal water.

She is being accused by the Non Governmental Organisation of Holy Family Services (Daily Bhakshar - Oct 20) of being involved in fraudulent activities and violating her bail conditions of not traveling outside of the country without informing the local police or the courts. However, while this news is shocking to her fans many of them were knocked off their chairs when it was revealed that according to some legal documents just prior to her appearance on Bigg Boss 6 she was married to a businessman, Ismail Kader Khan who has been charged with attempting to cheat and swindle the bank Crores of Rupees in 2009.
When the charges were laid it was she who reportedly stood as the guarantor for him as his wife. Ironically, when in May 2014 she was charged with abducting a 15-year old girl who had rejected her cousin's marriage proposal it was her husband Ismail Khan who stood up as her guarantor under the false pretenses of being her 'friend'.

The NGO is arguing that the law books state that the guarantor should not have a criminal record or a case in process and is arguing that she withheld such information which is the equivalent of fraud and should result in a cancellation of her probation.
These legal problems could make Sana Khan 'off-limits' within the Indian film and entertainment industry, a blow that could be crippling to her career if true. Sana Khan is in the spotlight but it seems for all the wrong reasons.
